Important Training Update from Monday 10th of November 2022
-Monday: All groups from 2nd class and older 6-7.00pm Waterford Regional Sports centre
- Wednesday: All groups Waterford Regional Sports Centre
- Senior infants &1st class 6-6.45pm,
- 2nd class-5th class 6-7.00pm
- 6th class/secondary school group 6-7.15pm
- Saturday: Sprint/Jump/Throw group 9.45-11.00am Waterford regional sports centre RSC Juvenile Distance Runners all ages Park run at RSC starts at 9.30am sharp. (See link)

All sessions at RSC €3 per athlete or €5 per family
Annual Registration costs €30 and each session costs €3.
Minimum age is 5.
